Is the consultation really complimentary?
Yes. The FutureSkin Customised Consultation is a complimentary, 45-minute appointment. Any recommended treatments or skincare have separate costs, which we’ll explain before you decide.
Who will I see?
A FutureSkin dermal therapist. Dr Amy Chahal is our founder and medical director; her personal clinical practice is at TCMA. This booking is for a therapist consultation at FutureSkin in Rosebery.
What should I bring?
A list or photos of your skincare products is helpful. Tell us about medicines, allergies, skin conditions and previous treatments, as well as the changes you’ve noticed and what matters to you.
Can I discuss more than one concern?
Of course. You might want to talk about pigmentation, redness, texture, acne scars, fine lines, firmness, dullness, hydration or congestion. We’ll help you work out a sensible starting point.
Will I have treatment on the day?
This booking is for a consultation. We’ll discuss suitability and plan any treatment separately. You can take time to consider your options before choosing the next step.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation or no-show fee of $100–$300 may apply, depending on the service and practitioner. If your plans change, call us on (02) 9158 8744.
Where do I go?
Your appointment is at FutureSkin, Shop 22, The Rosebery Engine Yards, 135/151 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery. The booking link selects the FutureSkin location for you. Car park entry is via Mentmore Avenue.
You don’t have to know
which treatment to choose.

We can talk through options including Sofwave, SkinPen microneedling, ClearLift, Dye-VL IPL and everyday skincare. Your therapist will explain suitability and costs before you decide on any treatment or products.
